Job Description

As a Full-Time Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, process orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintain accurate customer records. You'll also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide product information and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
