Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for:
