Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and general travel information
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in navigating travel websites and online booking platforms
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
