Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as measured by arenaflex

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet arenaflex's technical requirements (headset, dual monitor, high-speed internet)
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
  • Ability to commit to working for arenaflex for at least 90-120 days without any planned time off

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (will be required to take a language assessment)

  • Experience working in a remote customer service environment
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour for non-bilingual and $18/hour for bilingual in either Spanish or Creole
