Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative - Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Creating, adding, editing, and troubleshooting within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

- Upselling relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
