About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and resolving complex consumer issues. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will prepare you for the State Insurance Exam, and we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
• Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
• Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Be over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include 6 months of Call Center experience.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

• Internet Connection Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
