The Role

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
• Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
• Meeting sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary

What You'll Bring to the Team

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience with a proven track record of upselling to customers
• Ability to retain knowledge and memorize product information and customer information
• Attention to detail and ability to provide care and attention to every customer issue
• Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements
• Organization and multitasking skills with speed and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations
• Dedication to attendance and performance with a reliable track record
• Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
• Computer literacy with typing speed of 25-35 words per minute and ability to learn call center software
• Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Work from Home Requirements

* Required to work in a distraction-free workplace that meets arenaflex's ergonomic standards

• Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
• Must have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)
