Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website and placing orders with ease, providing them with a seamless shopping experience.
  • Resolving product and service issues by actively listening to customer complaints, determining the root cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Proactively recommending additional products that may benefit the customer, helping them to discover new and exciting ways to care for their pets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
