Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for product information, services, and policies, and you'll work tirelessly to resolve customer issues efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Training will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge required for success
