Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues they may face. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Assist with booking, changing, and canceling flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our customers
  • Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, keeping customers informed and up-to-date
  • Help customers with baggage inquiries and lost items, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Process refunds and compensation claims, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to resolve issues and improve our services

Hourly Salary Range

$25 – $45 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications

Job Requirements

* Must be located in the United States, with a high-speed internet connection and a quiet and professional work environment

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Basic Educational Requirements
