Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions

- Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
