Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a full-time, remote employee, you'll be responsible for managing our online presence and interacting with our customers through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy, technology, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating engaging and relevant content to promote arenaflex's products and brand
  • Analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in social media management and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience considered

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer service

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
