Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including booking flights, resolving issues, and providing essential travel information. Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
