Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Client Support and Operations Agent, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
Data Entry:
Enter data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail
Issue Resolution:
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or data entry environment
Skills:
