About the Role

As the Customer Support & Sales Lead at arenaflex, you'll be the central point of contact for our members and soon-to-be members, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community, ensuring that every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the Tribe Support department, overseeing all email communication with the arenaflex community and serving as the champion/voice for our members to the rest of the team

  • Help accepted applicants make informed decisions about joining our community and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Advise members on the best-suited Chapters for their journey and address any concerns they may have
  • Develop and write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to inform the community about important updates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer success management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience in a sales role, with a natural talent for understanding customer needs and emotions
  • Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding win-win solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with design tools and basic design skills to create visually appealing documents

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer success management
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Strong understanding of community building and engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's community and values

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you'll also receive:
