Our institution is seeking a dynamic Online BSN Program Director to provide strategic direction and operational excellence for our fully online RN to BSN program. This is a unique opportunity to drive program growth, foster student success, and maintain the highest standards of nursing education from a remote position. Key Responsibilities: As the Online BSN Program Director, you will be the chief architect of the program's success. Your core duties will include:
- Program Leadership & Strategy: Oversee all aspects of the online RN to BSN program, from strategic planning and fiscal management to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Accreditation & Compliance: Ensure program compliance with all state and national accrediting bodies. Lead the preparation of reports and maintain an effective Program Effectiveness Plan.
- Faculty & Instruction: Supervise and mentor online faculty in collaboration with the Online Assistant Deans of Faculty. Foster teaching excellence through observation, feedback, and support.
- Student Success & Retention: Champion student achievement by advising students, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing targeted retention strategies to maintain an 80% student success rate.
- Admissions & Outreach: Evaluate applicant transcripts, conduct admissions interviews, and engage in community outreach to build program awareness and develop key partnerships.
- Advisory Board & Collaboration: Organize and lead the RN to BSN Advisory Board, and collaborate closely with campus departments and online leadership to ensure a seamless, student-centered experience.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience): We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Nursing.
- An active Registered Nurse license in good standing (Multistate Compact License preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- At least 2 years of documented experience as a nursing instructor in a baccalaureate or higher program.
- Proven experience teaching in an online or hybrid platform.
- Preferred qualifications include nursing program administration experience and National Certification as a Nurse Educator (CNE).
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, program administration, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to adjust your work schedule to the Arizona time zone.

- Hiring Range: $90,785 - $118,020 per year.
