Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing solutions to their queries, concerns, and needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer interactions via live chat, phone, email, and other channels
- Providing expert guidance on our products and services, including voice, web, and data plans
- Identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Utilizing various tools and systems to resolve customer issues, including billing and payment queries
- Collaborating with Level 3 support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using various software and systems, including CRM platforms and customer support tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
