Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software and verifying its accuracy
• Conducting research and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
• Updating existing data
• Reviewing and updating incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven data entry work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of data confidentiality principles
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
