Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CSR with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize computer skills to access and navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as other software applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including notes and interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

Schedule and Work Environment

* This is a work-from-home position, requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions

  • Available shifts include Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm and Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
