Job Overview

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, building relationships with our clients and providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. With a schedule that requires 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you'll enjoy a flexible and balanced work-life arrangement that allows you to pursue your passions and interests outside of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their unique needs and concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure their satisfaction
  • Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations
  • Manage customer portfolios, organizing workflows to meet customers' time frames and demands, and ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Perform data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately, utilizing strong technical skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents, applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Recommend process improvements where applicable, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and operations
  • Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service, recognizing opportunities to offer additional services, and proactively addressing customer needs
