The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our clients. You will greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, accurately understand and address their inquiries, and transfer calls or take messages as needed using our state-of-the-art call processing system. Additionally, you will receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs and provide timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, accurately understand and address their inquiries
- Transfer calls or take messages as needed using our state-of-the-art call processing system
- Receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs and provide timely assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English with strong spelling and grammar skills
- Computer-savvy and comfortable working in a Windows-based environment
- Reliable internet connection (meeting our speed test requirements)
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection
- Ability to use a USB headset with microphone (wireless not allowed)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual Spanish or French
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Familiarity with call center software and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shifts Offered:
* Part-time: Approximately 19.5 hours per week
- 6-day workweek
- 3-hour shifts scheduled between 4 PM and 11 PM EST, Monday-Friday
- One weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday) between 8 AM-2:30 PM or 6 PM-12 AM
- Set schedules. Know when you are working!
- Holiday work is required
