Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries with knowledgeable and friendly assistance, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Meeting production targets and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) set by our clients.
  • Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to address and resolve inquiries, and assisting in training new team members in customer service processes.
  • Evaluating and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processing client inquiries.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who possesses:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and client interaction.
  • Familiarity with help desk software, computer systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a commitment to providing professional and courteous responses.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and identify key stakeholders to resolve client inquiries effectively.
