Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management
  • Developing appropriate reporting requirements by supervisor or manager
  • Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members
  • Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
