What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an arenaflex Answer Team Consultant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers
  • Responding to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Achieving a first-call resolution rate of 90-95% by accurately identifying and resolving issues, demonstrating your technical acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Providing technical support and assisting with install/group administration tasks, showcasing your ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Maintaining a strong client-facing orientation and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, reflecting your basic education and foundation for success
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, showcasing your ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Capability to develop technical acumen, highlighting your willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
