Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our research and data analysis efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound research through phone calls to enhance our research outcomes
- Verifying contact information of district leadership positions across the US K-12 and Higher Education sectors
- Accurately entering verified information into our database
- Navigating phone trees to confirm correct phone numbers, emails, and other relevant information
- Understanding performance metrics and applying knowledge to improve quality and capabilities to meet and/or exceed goals
- Accessing multiple system applications simultaneously to effectively service customers
- Participating in engagement and team building activities
- Assisting with projects as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of customer service, contact center, customer service, or sales experience with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to think critically and quickly on phone calls to navigate to the right person to find out the data we need
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to accurately input data, write routine reports, and correspondence
- Maintain a high level of customer service expected
- Proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience conducting general administrative tasks, such as outbound calling, data entry, and database management
- Strong spoken English skills
- Proof of strong internet connectivity
- Home laptop or work computer
- Ability to communicate over the phone clearly and navigate to the right contact within an organization
