Job Summary

As a part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by generating monthly and daily inventory reports, assisting our back office and sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, and providing data review and consolidation services. Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Generating monthly and daily inventory reports to support business operations
• Assisting our back office and sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries
• Providing data review and consolidation services to support financial reporting and analysis
• Assisting our CFO with reporting requests and financial analysis
• Assisting our Controller with month-end closures and financial reporting
• Performing various data review and consolidation activities to support business operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Educational background in accounting or a related field (a plus)
• 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field
• Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot tables, and other advanced features)
• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts
