Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, including creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as assigned.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with proficiency in touch typing.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Concentration and Accuracy: Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.

Preferred Qualifications
