Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers
- Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager
- Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency
- Maintain and update the department’s process manual
Skills
- Previous experience in office administration is required
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
