Client Project Administrator (Hybrid)

Broadridge is a company that empowers others to achieve more, and they are seeking a Client Project Administrator to join their Registered Issuer client services team. The role involves managing internal components of client projects, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal aspects of Registered Issuer client projects, including workflow coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups
  • Analyze departmental operations to identify and recommend process improvements
  • Complete daily assigned tasks within established timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders on mailing status, project progress, and issue resolution
  • Maintain internal tracking reports to ensure projects advance efficiently and remain on schedule
  • Collaborate with Senior Client Relations Administrators and Key Account Managers to deliver successful client campaigns
  • Communicate and escalate client or internal concerns when appropriate to ensure proactive problem‑solving
  • Apply sound judgment to resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently
  • Demonstrate Broadridge’s culture and values by maintaining an “above‑the‑line” attitude in all interactions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating projects or administrative workflows within an operations or client service environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of securities industry operations or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
