We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to drive transformative strategic partnerships within our pharmacy innovation ecosystem. This critical role demands a strategic powerhouse with a proven ability to identify, structure, and execute complex partnerships that fundamentally reshape healthcare service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry insights, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of closing high-impact deals that advance our strategic priorities. You will architect partnership strategies, develop comprehensive frameworks, and serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships, managing critical escalations and communications across complex organizational landscapes. We're looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of progressive business development experience in healthcare or technology, demonstrating an extraordinary ability to influence senior executives and navigate intricate business environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous due diligence, developing compelling business cases, and cultivating high-potential partnership opportunities that drive significant value. The successful candidate will combine deep analytical capabilities, advanced communication skills, and a strategic mindset to transform complex partnership opportunities into tangible business outcomes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
