Sales Operations Manager - Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Define and execute sales operations strategies aligned to commercial, government, and strategic project goals; develop pipeline and profitability models to support pricing, prioritization, performance, and compliance.
- Government Sales Support: Oversee bid scraping and monitoring across federal, state, and local procurement portals; ensure timely RFP/RFQ distribution and maintain government contracting compliance and reporting standards.
- Strategic Project Tracking: Identify, track, and prioritize milling, paving, and construction opportunities across public and private sources in partnership with sales teams.
- Marketing Partnership: Coordinate trade show strategy, logistics, lead capture, and ROI analysis; collaborate with Marketing on customer growth campaigns, pipeline impact, and performance reporting.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine scalable sales processes across all channels, including workflows for government bid submissions and documentation.
- Revenue Forecasting & Analytics: Own forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards; provide actionable insights to leadership and support Finance with revenue forecasting, recognition, and compliance.
- CRM & Sales Technology: Lead CRM (Salesforce) configuration, data integrity, and adoption; integrate bid and project tracking tools and ensure clean lead handoff and reporting across Sales and Marketing.
- Compensation & Incentives: Partner with Finance and HR to manage and administer incentive programs for commercial and government sales teams.
Requirements
- College Degree
- 5 years’ experience with sales operations / marketing
- 1- 2 years' experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Sales Operations Strategy: Builds and executes scalable sales operations aligned to commercial, government, and strategic growth goals.
- Government Sales & Compliance: Manages public sector procurement processes, bid workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Data, Forecasting & Financial Acumen: Develops pipeline, profitability, and forecasting models to drive pricing and prioritization decisions.
- CRM & Sales Technology: Oversees Salesforce configuration, data integrity, integrations, and adoption across sales teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Data teams to drive alignment and execution.
