Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data insights and analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support business operations and decision-making. Your expertise in database administration, data analysis, and problem-solving will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations and decision-making

• Develop and maintain database schema, including data modeling, normalization, and denormalization
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data, including data aggregation, filtering, and grouping
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing
• Develop and maintain database security and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making and strategy development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in database administration and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
• Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance, including data modeling and normalization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex database issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
