Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional live chat support to businesses on their websites and social media accounts. You'll work remotely, using cutting-edge tools like Facebook Messenger to engage with customers, answer their questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to businesses on their websites and social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use Facebook Messenger and other tools to engage with customers, build rapport, and deliver personalized support
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively, and meeting productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
