Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries that cater to client preferences, taking into account their individual needs and wants.
  • Participating in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations, expanding your knowledge and expertise.
  • Acting as an ambassador for our brand, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Providing suggested budgets for clients and planning trips within budget constraints, ensuring our clients receive the best value for their money.
  • Creating promotional materials for effective marketing, showcasing our expertise and services to potential clients.
  • Staying updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions, to ensure our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Promptly responding to all travel inquiries and effectively managing time when researching trips, ensuring our clients receive timely and personalized support.
  • Handling issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients, providing solutions and resolving conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information within our software, ensuring our systems are accurate and efficient.
  • Networking with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients, expanding our services and offerings.
  • Participating in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible, providing hands-on experience and insight into the destinations we offer.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative at Arenaflex, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Fluency in English is required, with effective communication skills and a strong sales background a plus.
  • A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
