Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
