About the Role

This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with various authorities, and database entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters
• Maintain associations with authorities, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
• Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in a similar field. You should also possess:

• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
• Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
• Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup
• Advanced Access skills
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Previous experience in a compliance or data entry role
• Knowledge of government requirements and regulations
• Experience working with HRIS and EC systems
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
