Key Responsibilities

• Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program managers to meet goals
• Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide
• Maintain a library of all association content and track performance
• Participate in rapid prototyping and testing
• Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve the customer experience
• Work closely with regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a strong preference for geo-experience
• Profound experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
• Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies
• Prior experience with content management tools, with Adobe Experience Manager being a plus
