Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable internet connectivity and a laptop, phone, or tablet for work purposes
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
