Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our content operations team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our content metadata, audience statistics, and other essential data points that help maintain the quality and integrity of our catalog. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, requiring less than 4 hours a day, and comes with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and updating content metadata in the database
- Verifying the integrity of data before and after entry
- Assisting with data quality assessment and implementing corrective measures as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data processing
- Generating reports as required by management
- Maintaining an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on software and procedural changes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
