The Role

We are seeking a driven, curious, and passionate Product Manager to dive deep into our Seller's lives to identify key areas for investment for arenaflex to build globally scaled products that help them be the world's best salespeople. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be tasked with deeply understanding the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople have to navigate every day to do their jobs at arenaflex. You will have a deep understanding of sales and sales operations and the various technologies that power them, and be able to bring those technologies (or new tech stacks you invent) to bear at scale to solve a wide range of problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deeply understand the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople have to navigate every day to do their jobs at arenaflex - Identify ways to simplify, accelerate, or otherwise force multiply the effectiveness of our salespeople - Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines - Write press releases that imagine what we would say to customers on the release date of a new product to make sure we build the right solutions - Determine when it is appropriate to build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience - Ideate, incubate, and iterate on ideas until they are ready to present to leadership for review, acceptance, and funding

Essential Qualifications:

- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience - Strong technical background and proven track record of product management - Experience cutting through ambiguity and driving strategy through influencing executive leadership - Self-starter with a strong ability to approach complex business questions with data and curiosity - Ability to dive below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets - The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market - Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience - Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
