Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for inputting data into our system, performing routine clerical and administrative functions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our systems and databases. Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and verifying the accuracy of the data
- Reviewing and verifying data entries
- Resolving discrepancies in information
- Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
- Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending
- Assisting other administrative staff in filing, xeroxing, typing, and other tasks as necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written, and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under stress and to deadlines
