What We're Looking For

BreatheSuite is seeking experienced and motivated Physical Therapists to join our remote team. As a contract PT with BreatheSuite, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while being part of a supportive, tech-enabled team focused on delivering exceptional care. This role offers the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs, whether you're looking for a full caseload or to supplement your existing work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Virtual Care: Conduct telehealth evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment and support to patients with chronic lung conditions throughout the duration of their plan of care.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with our respiratory therapists and nurse practitioners to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage Patients: Utilize our remote therapeutic monitoring tools to keep patients engaged in their exercise programs between sessions, making adjustments as needed based on patient feedback.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate and timely documentation using BreatheSuite's EMR and Therapist Dashboard, leveraging our technology to minimize administrative tasks and maximize patient care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on respiratory muscle training, cardiovascular and strengthening therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their overall health and quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist: Active PT license in Arizona
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with a focus on geriatric, home health, or cardiopulmonary patients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EMR systems, and remote monitoring tools.
  • Passion for Patient Care: A strong desire to improve the lives of patients with chronic lung conditions.
  • Outpatient Billing: Understanding of billing in outpatient PT setting, bonus if you have experience billing telehealth
  • Time Commitment: Please note that this position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.
