As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions to their questions, issues, and concerns.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing innovative solutions and alternatives
  • Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements to our customer service processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
