Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications

- Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease
- Ability to use Windows operating systems and type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance to ensure seamless customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience
- Consistent work history
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Some technical background to help you navigate complex customer issues
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to provide:
- A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- A Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- An Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- Proof of internet speed
- A clean and quiet workspace to ensure focus and productivity
