Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
- Utilizing our knowledge base and resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
