Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible support for our cloud computing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to cloud computing, virtualization, and distributed systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's cloud computing solutions and related technologies
  • Creating and delivering training materials and documentation to support customer adoption and success
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role, with a focus on cloud computing, virtualization, or distributed systems
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud marketplaces, containerization, and orchestration tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred Qualifications

If you have any of the following skills and experiences, you'll be even more competitive for this role:

  • Experience with engineering configuration, deployment, tuning, and optimization of cloud-based systems
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event handling, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data management on cloud-based platforms
  • Understanding of cloud computing, cloud marketplaces, containerization, and client purchasing behavior
  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and data science in cloud-based environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
