Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
• Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity targets
• Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
• A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous call center experience is preferred, but not essential (we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success)
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Compensation & Benefits:

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you can expect:

• Competitive hourly pay rates of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
• Comprehensive health benefits after 90 days of employment
• Paid time off (PTO) for full-time employees (part-time employees are eligible for PTO after 6 months of service)

Schedule:

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work the following schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
• Saturdays: 8am-8pm
• Weekends and holidays are also required, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
