Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
  • Interact with many customers daily, building strong relationships and driving sales
  • Work in various areas of the store, including inside and outside, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer care
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods, with the physical stamina to work in a dynamic retail environment
