Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
- Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
- Providing exceptional customer service, remaining positive, and working as a collaborative team member to create outstanding customer support experiences
Essential Qualifications:
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
- Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
- Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
