Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned data engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for working with large datasets. As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop innovative data products and services that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable data architectures and data pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, and Snowflake
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop data products and services that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality data models, data warehouses, and data lakes using tools such as Python, Scala, and SQL
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation of data architectures, data pipelines, and data models
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to the development of data-related features and products
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
- Strong technical foundation in data engineering, including experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, and Snowflake
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and SQL
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of data governance and data security principles
